| Apple Compote |
Ingredients
2 red apples
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2+1/2 glass water
Cooking Instructions
First peel the apples, discard seeds, remove seed beds, slice with a knife. Cook all the ingredients in a medium sized pot until the apples are tender. Let it cool down and store in the fridge. Serve when the weather is hot.
