| Strawberry Compote |
Ingredients
500 g strawberries
1/2 glass sugar
2 glasses water
Cooking Instructions
Wash the strawberries and cut in bites sizes. Bring the sugar and water to boil in a medium cooking pot. Turn the heat down to very medium-low and add the strawberries in it. Cook for almost four minutes. Pour into a bowl and let it cool. Later chill in the fridge. Serve in bowls with Pilaf on the side.
