Plum Compote
Ingredients

500 g plum
2 glasses granulated sugar
2+1/2 glasses water

Cooking Instructions

Wash the plums. Put the blums in a water and boil two times. Add sugar and boil three times more. Later chill in the fridge. After cooling you could serve.
