| Olive Oil With Carrot |
Ingredients
2 medium-sizes onion
5 cloves garlic
9 medium-sizes Carrot
4 sprigs parsley
2 tablespoons rice
8 tablespoons olive oil
1+1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 glass water
Cooking Instructions
Peel onions and garlic, wash. Cut onions into half second slice into two mm thick slices. Crush garlics. Slice pared carrots into one cm thick pieces. Saute; onion in olive oil in a covered sauce- pan for five minutes. Add water, garlic, salt and sugar and boil. Add carrots. Sprinkle with rice. Cover and simmer for half an hour, optional until tender. lastly remove from heat, place in a serving plate serve cold.
