Ingredients
boneles lamb shoulder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 potato (medium-size)
2 onion (medium-size)
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 glass hot water
2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Cut meat into two cm cubes and blend with chopped onions. Cover and saute over low heat for fourty minutes stirring ocasionally, transfer tomato paste, water, pepper and salt, stir all. Cover and simmer for twenty minutes. Pare and cut potatoes into one 1/2 cm cubes. Add to meat, mixing gently. Cover and simmer for twenty minutes. Serve hot .
