Fellah Meatballs
Ingredients

250 g ground beef
2 glasses cracked wheat
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt

For Garnish:
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 glass vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

First Knead the mixture of flour, egg, grated onion, cracked wheat, and spices for ten minutes. Round small meatballs, fry in the red-hot oil. Roast tomato paste and pounded garlic with vegetable oil. Pour this garnish over the fried meatballs. Serve hot.
