Ingredients
2,2 pounds boneless lamb (cubes)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion
1 teaspoon flour
3 glass boiling water
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Put oil into the pot make red-hot, after add lamb cubes. When the water evaporates, add diced onion on it and stir for a three minutes . Add flour and black pepper. Cook over low heat for six minutes. Add boiling water and cook for sixty minutes. Just before turning the heat off add oregano and salt. Cut six pieces from an aluminium foil which have 30X30 cm sizes. Place the cooked meal on these and make packs by the foils. Place the packs on the oven tray upside down. Cook in the 220 C oven for ten more minutes, later serve hot.
