Cheese Balls
Ingredients

4 glasses feta cheese (low fatty)
2 thick slices of stale bread
2 eggs
15 stems of parsley
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
For Frying:
1 + 1/2 glasses vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

First put the grated feta cheese into the mixing bowl. Crumble the stale bread slices onto the grated cheese and break the eggs onto the mixture then. Knead the mixture, until it smoothens. Add finely sliced parsley, crushed red pepper and black pepper in it. Knead it for a while more. Pick pieces from the meatballs’ mixture and form them. Fry them in hot oil with pink color. Serve hot. Enjoy.
