| Inegol Kofte (from Bursa) |
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 big onion, shredded
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 clove garlic, minced
3 stems parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Blend every ingredients in the bowl. Later knead for four minutes to form a stiff mixture. Cover it and leave in the refrigerator for the night. Then, the next day make finger form meatballs.
Shallow fry them in a skillet optional grill. Make sure that all sides turn to a golden brown color.
Serve Inegol Kofte with; pilaf, roasted peppers, tomato salad optional onion salad and cola.
