Meatball Casserole
Ingredients

1 glass hot water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
2 potatoes (cut in rounds)
1 belle pepper (cut in big pieces)
2 tomatoes (cut in rounds)
2 tomatoes (grated)
for meatball
500 g ground meat
2 slices of stale bread
2 eggs
1 big clove of garlic (minced)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1/3 glass chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

First put all the ingredients for meatball in a bowl and blend well. Make round meatballs. In an oven dish, place meatballs, potatoes, and peppers one after the other. Put tomato slices on top and sprinkle sliced garlic. Pour grated tomatoes, hot water, and oil. Sprinkle red pepper flakes optional black pepper on top. Firstly let it boil on the stove for two minutes, later bake it at 200 C for half an hour. Serve hot. Enjoy
