Braised Lamb Kebab
Ingredients

1 kilo lamb (cut into small pieces)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon flour
5 glasses water
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tomatoes (peeled, seeded, cut into small pieces)
Spice;
1 tablespoon thyme
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
1/2 tablespooon pepper corn
1 bunch parsley

Cooking Instructions

First heat the butter in a saucepan. Partially cook the meat in it for eight to ten minutes. Later add and partially cook the onions for two minutes. Add the tomato sauce and stir. Add the flour and stir again. Add the spice ingredients, salt and water. Cook fifteen minutes on a low heat. Add the tomato over the meat. Cook twenty minutes. Remove the spice and serve.
