| Cherry Jam |
Ingredients
2 glass cherries + 1,5 glass cherry juice
1 1/2 glasses sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lemon (juice)
Cooking Instructions
Place the cherry juice, sugar and vanilla in a medium sized pot. Cook for almost ten minutes over medium-low heat. Later add the cherries and cook for almost twenty minutes .
Add the lemon juice, cook for another two minutes and turn the heat off. Place into a clean jar and close the lid tightly. Store in a dark and cool place.
