| Mastic Pudding |
Ingredients
1 teaspoon mastic (roll glass on the mastic to make it powdery)
3 tablespoons rice flour
4 tablespoons corn starch
5 glasses milk
1/2 glass cream (35% heavy cream)
3/4 glass sugar
Cooking Instructions
First place four glasses of milk, cream and sugar in a medium sized cooking pot. Melt the sugar over medium heat. Dissolve the corn starch and rice flour in one glass of milk and add into the pot. Later add the powdered mastic in it. Stir constantly for almost ten minutes to get it thick. Immediately pour into individual bowls. Let it cool down and sprinkle some pistachio on top. Keep it in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy.
