| Quince Dessert |
Ingredients
4 quinces
1 teaspoon grated clove
whipped cream
4 glasses sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
Wash, peel and cut quinces in half. Carve quinces out. Save four seeds. Place them in a pan. Blend sugar, cinnamon, clove and later sprinkle them over quince halves. Put seeds into the pan. Seeds give to this dessert a nice color. Cover the pan and bake them at 150 C almost 45 minutes. Let it cool and serve it with whipped cream. Enjoy.
