| Milk Pudding |
Ingredients
1/2 glass rice flour
4 glasses Milk
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Cooking Instructions
Firstly dissolve rice flour in one glass of milk. In a three quart saucepan combine the remaining three glass of milk and sugar and bring to boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat to low, add the dissolved rice flour , stirring constantly. Simmer for almost ten minutes. Stir in the vanilla later pour the Muhallebi into small individual dessert bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
